SRA TF5000 No-Clean Tacky Flux leaves a translucent, hard residue. It is halide-free and halogen-free. The 5000-TF exhibits long tack time and no slump. This No-Clean tacky flux can be manually applied via syringe, automatically dispensed and stencil printed. This tacky flux formulation contains no ionic materials and is suitable for clean-room applications. If necessary, flux residues can be removed using electronics grade isopropyl alcohol, or when using an in-line aqueous cleaner, flux residues can be cleaned off using our SyberKleen 2000 Saponifier. Available in syringes or jars.
